Dear sir,
I bought a tata swakch purifier (price -899) from shopping.indiatimes.com on 22 march 2013 with i Year manufacture warranty condition in delhi. After deliver on 25 march 2013, when i install purifier,there was leakage problem. I contact tata swakch customer care immediately and he suggested me, how to install , but problem not resolved then once again i contact tata swakch customer care and they sent a technician, who install my purifier but my problem was not resolved.
Then i had to go mumbai for one month. after coming from mumbai once again i contact tata awakch customer care on 22 april 2013 . then technician came to my house and told me that purifier bulb is damage and not repairable.then i asked him to change bulb but he denied and told me it does not have any guarantee. however it was manufacture problem and it should be changed by company because damaging was company manufacture fault and also shopping
.indiatimes.com gave me one year manufacture warranty on product.then i contact shopping.indiatimes customer care and he was ready to replace my purifier but they demanded me to take D.O.A letter from tata swakch company. When i demand this letter from tata company he will not provide to me and now situation is that no body from tatacomany pick up my call or contact me however i have complaint 5 times and every time they provide me a complain number. But no body contact to me after taking complain.So sir please help me to replace my purifier because it have i year manufacture warranty i am very disturb due to this problem ,situation and no reaction of tata swakch group.
