TATA Sky and its service upgradation.

My husband is a tata sky subscriber (ID: 1032259473) since last 6 years. Tata sky is giving add in television stating that due to some service up gradation subscribers can experience a signal issue and if it happens then to call their help line number to get the free technician visit within 4 hours.

My Experience :
For my first ID which is in Berhampur, Murshidabad, WestBengal got the technician call after 4 days of registering the complain. And more interesting part of the story is that technician never came for service till the day I am registering this complain.

For my second ID 1032259473 I made complain on today and came to know from the cce that technician might come within 4 Hrs. However there is a high possibility where technician can come for visit after 24,48 Hrs. or more than that.

So this is what the Tata sky is in today. We the middleclass families are simply using this as we already have taken it and there is a cost involved to change the connection. And Tata sky is just using this strategy and doing there business.
