I have tried to book hotels in kullu.(Hotel Balaji)But several times I got failure.but money was deducted (total 670rs) from my paytm wallet.They not even sent single mail to me regarding order no or something like that.I just receive sms having some link which also don’t work.I want my money back.Customer care also not picking up the call.I sent the mail to yatra.com customer care but didn’t recieve any reply.
