Tata Photon League is Fraud

Hi,

I am Ramya K S, a software professional from bangalore, and a Tata Photon Corporate customer from more than 2years now.
I have ordered Big Bazaar Coupan worth rs 1000/- for redemption of my reward points, but it’s still not delivered to my shipping address, I ordered it on 28th of March 20120.

Whenever I drop a mail there is no response, and when I am calling to customer care they will not confirm when it will be delivered and no proper response.

I want my coupan delivered ASAP, if they can’t deliver then why they made point redemption scheme. I have spoken to customer care people for 20 times but no proper response.
By this kind of schmes they are cheating customers with flase promises.Such fraude cases needs to be taken seriously .
Here I request all the Tata Photon customers not to believe and not to place the order if possible switch to other internet service providers.
There are lot many good Internet Genium service providers in the market.
