1.Billed for Non usage Period inspite of email communication/phone communication to terminate the Reliance net connect Internet connection.
2.Life time waiver of Rs 200 was given to me hardly for 1 year as against what was promised.
3.Requested change in the Tariff plan to Rs 600 per month, but kept me on the old plan & billed for that.
