Name of company/service: TATA PHOTON INTERNET CONNECTION
I have been constantly harassed by TataDocomo service provider by disconnecting my Internet connection and not completing my address verification despite raising multiple complaints regarding the same. I have been waiting since 3rd June for my complaint to be resolved, but noting has happened.

Till today no one has given me a call back at my contact number from the address verification department.
As per Customer-care, visit was made on 10th June at 6:15 pm and my house was found locked. This is completely false as I have verified from my building guard, also I had specified the visiting time to be before 4:00 pm.
Also, there was no phone call made to me for which I can provide you with my call records.
This has lead to suspension of my internet connection for which I am facing a lot of problem.

two Floor managers at their customer care, Mr. Narendra & Mr. Varun Rawat, who have been particularly below standard in their service and have consistently provided me with false information and have continuously lied to me that my issue will be resolved soon with out doing any thing about it.
