my T.C. is not being issued by Principal, Bal Bharti School

Respected, I studied at Bal Bharti School Sarafa Bazaar Lashkar Gwalior M.P.-474001 (Class Limit – 12th), i felt very bad during study period at same school, unfortunately i had to study there because that time they were not providing back to me my T.C. now i have passed my 12th Class examination. even today when i need my TC for taking admitted in Collage, there is no principal, teacher or authority who can listen me or provide me my T.C., when ever i visited at school, no body was present there. So please order to school principal to provide my TC up to 15th as last admission date is coming on 20/6/13.
