Tata photon data card

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

I have purchased the data card for TATA PHOTON on 19th Feb 2013 through TATA Teleservices Limited (A-37 Sector 60 NOIDA 201301)having Territory Sales Manager (AJEET PANDEY). The device that he provide to me is having different code apart from the box. The device is also not new & once I draw this issue to their attention there is no response coming from their side apart from that when I asked them to provide the Invoice for the same & inspite of so many reminders I still not received the invoice for the same. I request you to please look into the issue & update for the same.
