Hi,
I have braught a brand new shoe rack on from furniture shop Estilo.(Bill No – 5070). The furt=niture delivered was defective. We have contacted the shop , they are demanding that they will send their technician each time we are calling, but not sending them in actual. At the time of purchase we we mentioned that we can not attend the technicians excpet saturdays and mentioned the same in bill. Since almost 1 month of puchase of a furniure(which is defective)not able to use it .
It will really be great if you can help me out and also let these companies lern not to harass the customers.
