Tata Photon connect people asked me to throw the device in DUST BIN

Hi, I am Shekar from Bangalore. I took a Tata Photon connection Post paid(6th July 2012), from the first day the speed was not in place. I visited the indiranagar(12th July 2012) outlet from where i got the same, the executive there asked me to throw the Device in the DUST BIN. Amazing customer support….This issue will be taken up in all the means, i have just started….
