Hi,
I (8149744353) have recently migrated from Post pay to Prepay with Tata Docomo.
I have already paid all the outstanding amounts with post pay (as per their rule, migration will take place only when you pay all the outstanding amounts).
Still I have received a Post pay bill dated 26/05/2013.
If I call customer care people they are saying I am a prepay customer, so they can not help me.
Can somebody advice me on this.
