Dear sir,
I purchased a Mblaze from a sales executive which deliver home. My
connection was start on monday 4th june 2013, but my speed was slow. I
complained online, but it is not resolved. Again I complained to
customer care at 5th june 2013, but its not resolved.Again I
complained same day but no resolution. Again I talk to senior customer
care but she has no resolution. She told me about plans all time. But
she refused to file a complaint.
So, I want to know that what is resolution of this.
