Tata docomo photon plus invalid bill + threatening

Location/place: Allahabad

Name of company/service: Tata Teleservices Limited

I bought a photon plus device in March 2012 bearing number 9235032362 and with an tariff plan rs650/Month. I used the device for about 5 months and paid the dues before due dates. With the last bill payment I requested for termination of internet services to my device in apr 2012 and cleared the dues. I left my home place for few months. But unfortunately tata billed me extra 1 months rent for my already terminated account with rs500. Few weeks ago I returned to my home and I got a call from tata recovery person, he theatned me for legal action if I was unable to clear the invalid outstanding dues then again he ask me for payment of rs1500 and I made the payment to avoid the legal things.Couple of days ago mr. Avinash Sharma called me with anamnesty scheme. He claims that I should pay rupees 1500 within two hours same day which they will respond with legal action and charge interest for the said amount and three months in prison. Now after paying rs 1500 they send me one more fake bill for September month rs 373. . I have the bill copy for all the amount that I have paid to them from day one. I registered a online complaint (Complaint No : 595238) for the same on 08th September 2012 but yet no response from the company. I am not going to pay a penny to the scam company. Tata docomo photon plus sucks. I won’t ever recommend photon plus to any one they are bunch of crooks. It’s a scam company.
If this issue is not addressed, I might have to file a case against them for fake bills and mental harassment.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Thanks and Regards,
Ekta Grover
