I, Sayan Pal received a call from TATA Docomo Telecaller Sourav (8961027763) on 29.01.13 to change my prepaid connection to postpay. I agreed and gave them Rs 100/- on that very day. They told that my number will be ported. But today I am receiving message that my documents are not submitted which they took and my previous sim is blocked and the new one is not registered. I cannot make calls. I talked with a TATA Docomo customer service representative regarding this and they told it might take 72 hours to make my phone available again. Its very frustating. TATA docomo is operating with fraud telecallers. My docomo phone number was 9681266810. and here is the chat support of docomo
