Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I called up the to the Vodofone customer care on 9886098860 from my number 8050060040 at 3:00 AM IST (31-01-2013), to know the status of my portability. The executive was pathetic and used abusive language over the phone at Vodafone customer care.

Soon after I put my query to him, he put my call on hold for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then he returns back and pretends as if he doesn’t hear my voice.

When I tried to gain some response out of frustration he started abusing me probably in a way Vodafone trained him to deal with the customers.

I was confused with my portability procedure and now I am even more confused whether I should actually go ahead to be a Vodafone customer.

This is highly unexpected from Vodafone and I need an immediate explanation in this regard.
