Tata Docomo Harrassing

I have bought a Tata Docomo 3G post paid connection(Mobile no.- 8699001228, A/c No.- 987848773). At the time of purchase i was told that the maximum bill for the same will be 950 after which the connection will automatically turn to 2g connection. But i received the bill of Rs. 1405 after which i requested to disconnect the connection on immediate basis. the company have not disconnected the connection and again send the bill for the next month as well. And now they are harassing by asking for the bill payment on daily basis. Kindly do the needful.
