This is reference to my purchase of Armani Sunglasses on April 11, 2013 and the Reference Number is 19649251.
I had call 100bestbuy customer care so many times on number 080 – 67536400 and I did not get any satisfactory answer but on April 19, 2013 100bestbuy Customer Care people had given me the tracking number 43226968805 and indicated to me this is my blue dart tracking number. I had tracked the number in the Blue dart site and found that the product had been delivered at Coimbatore. When I talked with 100bestbuy executes on Customer Care and informed them about this they are asking me is it not Coimbatore (State TamilNadu) near Vadodara (State Gujarat). Where is Tamilnadu and where is Gujarat 100bestbuy execute does not know that also.
I have explained them but they had informed me to contact and get the update from Blue Dart and your execute cut off the phone. I again dialed 100bestbuy customer care number and waited for so many time and then a execute picked up the phone and again I need to tell him whole story and then he informed me that he will re-order this product and will provide me the details in a hour but there was no call for 3 hours. After three hours I again called customer care and again have to tell him whole story as he is not aware of anything. When I asked him when I will get my product he told me you will get it soon and cut off the phone and after few minutes I again tried and the result was same.
I had lost my money by calling 100bestbuyCustomer care but I did not get any proper answer. Now I am thinking that this people are making fool of us by running this type of business.
Today April 29, 2013 I again contact 100bestbuy Customer care and they had informed me that they had delivered the product and given me a tracking number of blue dart and when I am tracking that number in the Blue dart site it is displaying me it is invalid. I again called customer to re-verify the number and they said to check again tomorrow may be it is not updated at Blue dart.
I asked them to confirm what they had delivered and to which address and to my surprise now they had delivered Rebook Sunglasses instead of Armani Sunglasses. They had really cheat me. I request you please look into this.
