tampering and loss of items and delay in delivery

I had booked a courier from Mumbai to gurgaon on 7th April 2015,using Dtdc.The courier got received today with a lot of inconvenience,being their at Gurgaon branch from 11 th April and didnt get delivered till Today.further more,all the hand made chocolates were missing from the courier.so the courier was tampered too

I request immediate action and compensation regarding the same..and am even ready to sue dtdc from playing with the emotions of the customer involved in attempting handmade gifts and no delivery on time plus the economic loss.
