Just a few minutes ago my balance went down to 9 rs. only! I was shocked to see that Rs. 75 was deducted from my account balance without any reason. When I went to take a look at the last 3 deductions, I saw that I was charged for downloading something and also found the reference of Mydala, even though I had downloaded NOTHING. I called at 198 to put a complaint about it but the representative said that there were no evidence of why I was charged. He requested me to contact after 2 hours. It’s pathetic to see that Vodafone is silently robbing its customers and this time I was the victim. But I’ve decided to port my SIM and move towards a different service provider if the money is not refunded to my account balance right now. I’m also going to share this everywhere in the internet and make this viral if I do not receive the refund within 24 hours. I am a webmaster, so it wouldn’t take long for me to do this.
