I have received a tampered order having no. Z3C7AG dt 28 Aug 2014.
Though the packet was of Zovi & the bill details were also attached to it, the sealed was broken & on opening the same, certain magazines were found inside it.
We have returned the order to the post man immediately and as per the details provided at India Post Site, the order has been returned back to Zovi.
Despite of many mails and calls to customer care of Zovi.com, our grievance is not being entertained at all.
