taking too much time to initiate the refund after applying for return long time back

Sir,
On 13th of October 2016 I had placed an order of Benassi Solarsoft Nike Flipflop size-UK7,Order id-403-4134254-1305137,i cancelled that order on the next date of order by online before reaching the order to my address and also emailed to cancell the order to amazon.in and the sportshop through which amazon was sending that order and then I applied for calling the customer care executive on my number twice..they called and told that they cancelled my order on 16th of October 2016 and my refund of rs.2465/- will be transferred to my account within 2 working days..that means my refund should have transferred by the date of 19 or 20th of October bt today is 22nd of October neither I receive my return yet nor are they initiating my return..on asking about the refund they are only saying the day they will get back their returning parcel for which I already applied for return online without receiving the product,they are telling on that day they will refund me back and are not telling any confirmed date for returning my amount..my profile on amazon is also showing that the return is initiated and the refund is in process but it’s already 7 days passed,they are not showing any activity to refund my amount..

Kindly look into the above mentioned matter sir or my amount of Rs.2465/- will remain non-refunded by amazon.in..
