Problems facing in getting “Airtel” broadband connection

Dear Sir,
Our landline no was 01145082455, bearing account number 7023234877. We had requested for a change of address and transfer of internet connection from vikaspuri to gurgaon on 26th Aug 2016. We were told it will be done by 4 September 2016. Later we have been told by customer care that there is a sub pillar which is choking the signals so the transfer of your connection is not possible.
Every day we were following up and we got assurance that it will be resolved by 2 PM on 6/9/16. It was mentioned in the mail dated 6/9/16. Then customer care told that it will be resolved in 72 hours and same was confirmed by their mail dated 6/9/16 at 8 PM.
Then we received this mail that we regret to inform you that, due to some technical constraint shifting for above mentioned airtel account will be delayed.
We were told that if we apply for a new connection then there will be a no problem. So, we applied for new connection on 09/09/2016 and paid Rs.1000 by the cheque no. 713441 to Ajay your executive. Ajay told us that there is a faulty tag he has informed in the office but the ground team is not doing anything. I have sent a mail regarding the same.
Then customer care sent us this mail that, I have registered your complaint and the reference number is 73486384. Let me assure you that the issue would be resolved by 02:00 PM on 28-SEP-2016. But no one has came to our home on that day also.
Our CEF No. “4820490”.
It’s been two months now and no one is helping us to know that whether we will going to get a new connection or not.

    Am not able to send text messages.. Its coming message not send in my iphone 4s.. I called customer care they told in four hours we will set but still its not going plz help me in this…
