Third class service provider. Never buy anything from these low consumer service if you want to live in peace.
I have orderd Airtel Digital TV on Friday and following up there customer care and service centre executive ( who are no more than a bunch of goons working slower than a government employee)
Order Id -3017169868 i have registered two complaints with them 45245042 and 712580987 , SLA for both of them has expired Yet no resolution
Since 2 days i have only got one call asking them to locate nearest service centre and pick up the equipment myself and then again wait for engineer to contact
Shame on you guys. Consumer Court is the only place for such Idiots
