fraud in bill of Airtel

I am a customer of airtel.I have been using a postpaid plan of Rs-599/- but due to some project work I went to kolkata.So I called airtel customer care and asked him about the roaming plan.I had been informed about a roaming plan of Rs-899/- and a 75 rupees incoming free plan.I clearly told him that I want to use 1 gb to 1.2 gb data pack and rest of the amount for outgoing roaming calls.At that time he said ok and after my approval he activated the two plans.In the month of May i received a bill of 1456 ,I made the payment.but while going through the bill ,I came to know that they imposed extra charges on my bill and also they charged my outgoing calls as std calls.When I called customer care about it they promised me to resolve it in 4 hours but nothing happens.Next day again they said they will resolve it in 48 hours but all in vein.Despite my saying I will go to consumer forum they wouldn’t heed to me and cut my call on my face.
Next month again I received a bill ofRs-2400/- for the month of June.After my continuous calls they made me talk to their nodal officer,at first he said the bill was correct and charges were valid but later he listened to my problem and revised the bill of june to Rs-1400/-,but he was not ready to check the bill for the month of May.

As this was not acceptable to me,I have not paid the bill for the month of June.And they keep calling me for the payment. On july 10th they called me for settlement but the call disconnected due to network issue after that neither they contact me nor received my calls.

So please intervene in the problem and resolve it as soon as possible,because it is exhausting for me and if they revised the bill for the month of June, they’ll for the month of May but they don’t care.
