I have purchased the UBISLATE 7CZ TM from datawind in the month of June 2014. But the tab was faulted and the touch screen of tab was not working. I had sent the tablet for replacement against Ticket ID 0703HP665 and the same was received on July 14, 2014 at company Gurgaon address. Even after four months I have not received my tab. Despite several assurances given by the customer care but till today I have not received my Tab. Please look into the matter.
