Shopclues

I purchased product from shopclues on 24-oct with order no- 24480387 & 24481271 & after 20 days product are still not delivered.Now i am regularly chasing the company but getting the same response just wait for 24to 48 hours from last 10 Days, Even they are not providing the proper update & when i am asking for refund i was told at the delivery time please refuse to accept the order & then they will raise the refund request,

Now i am not getting one thing, what is the meaning of refusal when the product is delivered.
Please help me get my refund back from the company.
