Svaiza.com Fake Website – Order Not Received even after prepayment

Dear Sir,

Sub: Online Fraud by Svaiza.com website.

I have participated in Samsung Mobile Contest at Svaiza.com website and paid 699 Rs. (svaiza Transaction Id : 12994543).

My name was not there in the lucky draw contest, hence, I ordered one Transcend Memory Card MicroSDHC 16GB Class 10 and paid additional 171 Rs (svaiza Transaction Number is13123148), along with having previous account balance of 699 Rs (Paid on 20 Sept 2013).

I am trying to contact Svaiza Customer Care from past four days to get my product or get the refund, BUT No one is picking the Call and also No one is responding to my mails.

I want to have my refund of 870 Rs.

Please help me to get the refund and also kindly let me know procedure for complaining at Cyber Cell to have the required action against these fraud people.
