i have been a airtel customer since four years i have recently ported to postpaid since three months, the airtel customer care have suspended my number and completely swapped it for no reason and they never try to fix nor resolve my problem, i tryed with all my efforts contacting the highest authority but nobody cared to resolve and in return they are asking to, pay rs 23000 /- i kindly request you resolve my problem
