I purchased XOLO Play 8X-1100 mobile phone vide receipt No. 2796 dated 14.12 14 from M/S Noble Mobile Shoppe, Greater Noida, and within ten days the battery got swelled. I left for Ethiopia on 23.12.14 and corresponded with the Service Centers of the company and the company itself through emails. I was given assurance to attend my complaint and when I approached them on my trip to India on 29.06.15, which was in their knowledge) they refused to attend my complaint. Due the battery problem I was put to a lot of inconvenience, harassment, and danger to my life so I stopped using it since May 18, 2015. I wrote to the company the entire issue on email again on July 09, 2015 that if they do not respond to my complaint/email within seven days, I shall represent my case before the Consumer Forum and ask for the compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for the inconvenience and harassment to which I have been put by the company, but they have not responded yet.
