I am the undersigned from my hard earned money have done a blunder for the 1st time in my Life in choosing ESTILLO PRODUCTS. Here’s are the details of my experiences the delivered product which is only 7/8 months old………..

Purchased( Order-4392, Dtd 28thDEC2012, Amounting Rs 18000/= , Delivered on 5thJAN2015 )
A 4′;;Seater Dinning set with 2 Extra Chairs on 28.12.2014 at TRADE FAIR(Science City Ground), Delivered the Set at my Residence on 05.01.2015.Within 2months of my purchase Twice Legs of the Dinning Table got loose & every time Service People had visited & done the needful temporarily. But again Legs have become loose(3rd time) yesterday. Another major Manufacturing problem is why the Stainless Steel portion of the Dinning Table & Chairs are getting RUST when they take care of QUALTY ??? Their service person gave me a temporary solution & of no use. So my humble request to you is….2options…(1) Exchange me with a Brand new Set OR (2) Take back your set & pay back my Money with Bank Interest. My experience with ESTILLO is just like a 3rd Class Furniture Co which has no QUALITY & BASE. ” CHOICE is THEIRS”. Its my hard earned Money of Rs 18000/=. Your co-operation is highly appreciable.
I have written several Mails. They ( Mr RACHIT MATA_Owner) at present to defend himself siting all product info & other details thru Mail. He has mailed me straighcut he will neither exchange with a NEW ONE nor He will RETURN BACK my MONEY amounting Rs 18000/=. Plz help & guide me out. Prevoiusly I have got benefitted from your Organisation related to defective Laptop sold to me by LENOVO. The owner ( Mr RACHIT MATA ) is just like a ” DON’T CARE ATTITUDE”. Plz Plz help me out as you have helped me in the past.
