RBI India is responsible for issue of change coins all over India, but since last few years RBI new Delhi does not issue coins to consumers and issue only through banks , which is not sufficient and issued by banks only to people known personally to the staff and cashiers, and to people are used it to sell on high premiums, whereas as most reatilers do not get the coins for there day to day business needs, This need to be taken care of.
