No Payment of insurance claim

Name of company/service: ICICI Lombard General Insurance

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have made Insurance claim against policy number 3003/66944267/00/000 on 15.3.12 but till date they have not respond to our claim.I have communicated with the company personel various times but nothing they have done till now.Please help with the issue.
