Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased 4 Number of batteries from HABIBA YO BIKES, VIHNUPURI, LUCKNOW (UP), and within 1 week of purchase, found that among the 4 batteries 2 were used once and when got checked from service center they confirmed both the batteries were in dead (battery serial no. 0113300012 and 0113300035) condition. The same was immediately informed to M/s ELECTROTHERM (I) LTD, and they confirmed that they will be sending the replacement at the earliest.Since then I have been continuously following up with Mr. Manish Kularni ([email protected]),Mr. Dinesh Sahu ([email protected]) and [email protected]. And as per the latest communication from them dated 28 June 2012 where they said they will be resolve the problem shortly. But after that I have send a lot of mail to them and tried to contact them but they never replied. I request Consumer forum to look into this matter as I have gifted this bike for my son for him to attend his coaching classes which is 3 KM away and now very much disappointed as we are not able to use it.
