I just received the order(1153411788), snapdeal reference code:PI155027433020, lml code: (700037144), for philips dvd 3608 dvd player with philips dsp 2600 5.1 channel has arrived at my address.i have sing on the date 9-aug-2013 at receving that hardly pakage.philips dvd player 3608 on screen display is not featured in dvd player, which is shown on the web site of snap deal images and Description.

So thats why i m not satisfied from this product. i have complaining many times by e mail & telly but not reply from snap deal.I purchase this product Rs.4449.0 from snapdeal. After my complaint snapdeal’s pick up return that product by delhivery courier company pick up receipt (11120030440) snapdeal (1550274330).

They recieved the product, but they do not doing any respons. i want my money back as soon as possible but they are not responding.
