We have purchased a dressing table for Rs. 7800/- for which we gave transportation charges Rs. 300/- in addition. He warped tightly the dressing table with a polythene and assured that the piece is o.k. and he told us that if you find any defect in it I may change the piece. After delivery when we opened the wrap we find about 5″ of crack in behind the lower portion of the last drawer. We immediately informed him about it and told him to change the piece. But, he told that his shop will be closed for ten days after this period only he will do the necessity. Now till today regularly we are informing him to do the needful but he has not yet taken any action towards it and showing his negligence. We are now shocked that we have been deceived by such a big shop keeper so we want to do a complaint against him and request you to kindly do the needful to get the justice for us.
