While purchasing new LAVA Iris X5 phone I took mobile insurance.
On July 2015 I submitted my phone for repair to pickme(doorstep solution) due to water damage. I am taking updates from pickme and getting reply from them that it will take some more time to repair the phone due to lengthy procedure.
Its February 2016, it has been 7 months as of now but I have not got my phone back
