Sir,This is to inform you that my Registered mobile no in samsung is 9380868087.I have purchased a samusung galaxy grand max from snapdeal 5-6 months ago with imei no.358827061522250/01.The phone was perfectly ok at the time of purchase.After a few months I had an issue with my sound quality and heating of phone. SO I visited the service centre named””Parry’s tech” in broadway.They gave me a bill in written format and did not update about the phone in their databases.However they formatted my phone and gave it back to me after which I was able to use it properly for some days.Before a week or two again I visited the same service centre for my home button and lock button issue that it was not functioning properly.The totally denied from taking the phone stating that it is perfectly alright.So Today I made a call to the customer care and informed them aboutthis and also stated that I cant be going to the service centre again and again as I have already visited 4-5 times from the date of purchase.There I asked them to connect to their higher officials,but they totally denied from connecting to him.The said that the supervisor will make a call back within 2-4 hours.But still now I did not receive any response.
So Sir/mam,I request you to take severe action on them and let the consumers like me not be affected anymore due to their poor service.
