My name is Akshdeep Singh Kapoor and I a from Shahid Bhagat Singh nagar Punjab. My complaint is against Subway Fasfood/Restaurants. Because this happened to me twice. They are not upto the service measurment standards and not committed towards customer approach. This happened on 19th and 20th of May 2014. it was half past ten and i had some guests with me whom i took to the Subway at Balachaur Punjab. As i suppose that its timing to close is 11 o’clock in the night and i was right. But when I entered in the Restaurant they told me that they are not suppose to serve me as it is their closing time and with that they started an argument. After a while they rudely took my order and when they served me the stuff was cold and hard as it is their for more than couple of hours. This thing same happened before a couple of days, which I feel a bit Harsh towards customer. That is the reason I want to file an complaint against them.
