Hi my Shopclues – Order No is 13020889. I had made an online purchase of a straight rod and weights of Rs 1145 but a bent rod has been delivered. I raised a return request and now one month has passed and they have not returned the article. The purchase was made on 17 April 2014 and I am continuously following up with them and there is no positive response. Please help me return the article and get a refund for this wrong item delivered.
