Substandard Product

Dear Sir,

I ordered a pair of brown Casual Shoes from Yepme through order number 6965111 on 17th of may, 2014 which was received on 21st of May. I wore the shoes for 6 days and it broke ( sole got detached). I posted a complaint on Yepme website ( complaint Number 755698) on 14th June. In reply to the complaint i recieved a mail from them om 19th June that the issue has been resolved ( without talking to me). When i called them they said they cannot replace or refund so for them the issue is resolved. It has really been a harassment.

I REQUEST YEPME TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT AND REPLACE THE FAULTY SHOE.
