Tata Photon is the worst. They do not provide Internet speed as they claim. It is never beyond 300kbps. Worst part is if you want to cancel their connection, you will not find a single person to accept your cancellation request. They will keep on buying time giving you options and billing you. They billed me 4 months for nothing after my cancellation request and when i stopped paying, they started sending threatening letters. They even threatened my old mother who stays alone in my Kolkata address. Think times and again before buying Tata photon.
