SUBSCRIPTION OF SERVICE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND FULL REFUND NOT RECEIVED

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to my TELEPHONIC COMPLAIN NUMBER RL2907381 dated 29/12/2010 evening on 09426024365 MADE TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE.

Please note that without my instructions, i WAS subscribed to MOBILE BOX-OFFICE services and was charged Rs. 25/- from my prepaid BSNL mobile number 09427155645. This subscription messages were from ONMOBILE and +12555025 numbers 29 DECEMBER 2010 evening. Please note that no such SERVICE REQUEST has been given from my mobile number 09427155645.

Humble request you to REFUND Rs. 25/- in my mobile number.

UPON REPEATED COMPLAINTS, SURPRICINGLY THEY SENT ME FOLLOWING EMAIL FROM TWICE:
“Dear sir,
Thanks for contact su your 25 Rs will be deducted for service charge , so cant refund it,
Thank you.”

WHAT IS MY FAULT? I HAVE NOT PUT REQUEST TO SUBSCRIBE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE. WHY SHOULD EVEN I PAY SERVICE CHARGES, IF ANY?
