Subscribed and renewed, got message, but the paper not delivered.

I have renewed subscription for the Times of India, the renewal was supposed to be start from 1st of August, we even got the message, however, the delivery has not yet been started. Even last time it was the same. I want my copies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd as well, i do not want any extension because nobody remembers. Would appreciate if this is answered asap. My cust ID is 0033316064. I have also been calling on the number that I got int he message nobody answers the same. Also called up the Paper dealer, even they have not got my name in their list. This happens always, every year. Now I may have to take this up to someone or the consumer court/forum, because now this is the story of every time.

Also from 1st of August I had subscribed from Economics times, even that is not delivered.
