Cheating

I am a subscriber to Uninor prepaid Mobile service with cell No, 7041640395 and recharged for Rs.194.00 on 1/8/14 I am not able to make any calls from this number because when calling it an oracle, you cannot make any call from this number because you have insufficient balance on in your account. The matter thus referred to Uninor and they, rather than giving credit of the recharged amount to the cell number, they trying to pester with repeated request to check the balance. The mail communication exchanged is given below with a request to kindly take up the matter with them and give necessary directive to give credit of Rs.194.00 to cell No. 7041640395 at the earliest because it is valid till 22/8/14

I have recharged the subject cell number through online for Rs.194 for
600 mnts all India Locals / STD on Friday, 25th Jul 14 and received

But the amount is not reflected in the balance and I am not able to
