Name of company/service: Ei Samay (Bengali Newspaper from Times of India)
Ei Samay provides with a subscription pack for 6 months. I have subscribed to the same via online payment. Payment was successful and they showed service would be started within two weeks. But when 2 moths were past but nobody contacted me, I started calling them. Each person gives me number of another person working on this and they made me going into a loop. Now its more than 5 months over, I have made hundreds of calls but service is yet to start. Now being very anxious, I am demanding for a serious measure against them.
