Name of company/service: eBay

i’ve made a order of nokia e71 white original panel through eBay.in, but its back cover is broken. It is not first time, many time ebay placed order damaged.
I made complain many times on ebay guarantee claim for refund but they didn’t do anything yet, in the reply of any mail what i do to ebay they reply me to contact in 24-48hrs but that is not done.
I made complain on 22 june,2013 but i didn’t receive any kind of refund.
