Dear Sir,
I am approaching your forum as a last resort.
This case relates to 6th pay commission implemented in Oct 2008.
I am am an ex army officer and worked with Indian Statistical Institute New Delhi, 7 S.J.S.Sansanwal Marg,New Delhi–110016.
I was Security Officer, Roll No.9228.
I resigned from the job following proper procedures on 01 AUG.2007 and was officially releived by 01 Nov.2007.
Govt. of India announced 6th pay commission and implemented it wef 01 Jan.2006.
But actual arrears etc came in only by Oct 2008.
As per the new pay scale my salary was revised upwards. and I was given a letter too to that effect.
After resignation I came to Vadodara and settled down here.
I approached Indian Statistical Instittute New Delhi, 7 S.J.S.Sansanwal Marg,New Delhi–110016. in 2008 itself with a request to pay me my salary arrears due to me for the period 01Jan.2006 to 01 Nov.2007.
The accounts officer at Indian Statistical Instutute, New Delhi, Mr SC Sharma asked me to submit my details of my revised defence pension.
I had submitted hard copy of my REVISED PENSION SCALE AS PER THE SIXTH PAY COMMISSION (Certificate given by Indian Bank, my concerned Pension Disbursing Authority) duly acknowledged by Mr SC Sharma Accounts Head ISI Delhi Centre.I handed over HARD COPY as well as scanned copies through e@mail in 2008.
The Head Office of V Indian Statistical Instutute New Delhi, 7 S.J.S.Sansanwal Marg,New Delhi–110016.at Kolkata gave me arrears of gratuity as well as leave allowance etc as the new pay scale,but Indian Statistical Instutute New Delhi, is not giving me my dues despite direct correspondence,telephone calls as well as direct orders issued by Indian Statistical Instutute, Kolkata vide their letter No.No.CAF6-8(a)/1624 dated 21/03/2012 on the above mentioned subject.
Since I seem to have EXHAUSTED ALL CHANNELS barring court action, I want your help in the matter please.
Kindly look into the matter please.
