Dear Sir,
this is to inform you that i have taken a subh yatra membership( no. 21212007512) from IRCTC. My membership is valid till 7/2013 and i had earned more than 500 points that had to be redeemed against the purchase of the train ticket.
But it is surprising to note that the scheme is discontinued without prior notice. and also i am not able to redeem my points as the option is not reflecting in my IRCTC login.
upon calling to 139 or 24hr. helpline at 39021212 i am provided no solution.
please help.
