Outgong services Bared without any intimation & when i called there customer care there executive is saying that it take 2-5 days in reactivation of your no.

9990000477…… vodafone network in delhi/ncr regions sucks ….. i had ported my number from idea to vodafone mainly due to its network issues, but after porting the number and using it for the past 2 weeks i am highly disappointed.As they had bared outgoing service of my no. ..by saying that your address verification is negative//bt my concern is that how the verification can be negative as nobody visited my place…//prior to this my no. is active in idea network on same address and it is postpaid ………i have also visited their store in palam vihar Gurgaon and the executive Mohmad sonething is his name there has no sense that how treat a customer …he is directy saying that it will take 2-5 days in reactivaton of your no. and we can’t do any thing….so who’s going to bear the loses that will happen due to non activation of my no.
