STV not activated

Location/place: Gandhinagar,Gujarat

Name of company/service: Tatadocomo

Hi,

I did recharge with tatadocomo’s STV of Rs. 45, my balance got deducted immediately but service was not activated. Its been a day and service is still not activated.
I talked to their customer care agent and she said it will be activated right away but still same result.

For last 24 hours I have been charged on higher rates.

Please help me with this.
